Why it's made this way

I ask the same question with every piece: if I were blind, would I still want it. That's the test that decides everything, because most people design for photos first and forget the piece has to be worn.

350 GSM French terry was chosen over a lighter cotton blend because it holds weight and drape without going stiff, and the loopback interior keeps it breathable instead of trapping heat like a brushed fleece would. The dragon print uses three tones of metallic ink laid down separately, not a single flat color, because a print that shifts and catches light reads as intentional instead of decorative. The only branding on the entire piece is one woven tag. Everything else is left to speak through the print and the fabric.

I design every piece to meet my own standard first. If it doesn't hold up to that, it doesn't go into a collection.
