Why it's made this way

I ask the same question with every piece: if I were blind, would I still want it. This is the piece built entirely around that answer. The grid pattern isn't just visual, it's raised, cut, and stitched into the fabric itself, something you feel before you see it.

Two layers of heavy French terry are used because the extra weight creates a texture that feels substantial and sits with real dimension, something a single layer can't do on its own. The top layer is laser-cut, then triple-stitched onto the layer beneath it, so the cut pattern holds its shape and stays secure through wear instead of fraying at the edges.

I design every piece to meet my own standard first. If it doesn't hold up to that, it doesn't go into a collection.
